Karen was eager to work with us and she went above and beyond on many occasions - acting more like a favorite cousin than an agent - helping with yard prep, cleaning, scheduling the right people to assist in preparing our home so it would show 'at its very best.' In addition, once 2 hurricanes changed everything for us, the house, and the buyers, she was super helpful in preparing the house for a second hurricane, then eventually getting debris removed, working to remediate our garage [at the buyers request, not ours], and working with the buyers agent as things changed quickly and often. We enjoyed her energetic and positive spirit, and appreciated her efforts. I share just short of a 5-star rating because I was uncomfortable with the price reductions, amendments and consolations we were told were necessary. After learning the buyers were in charge because it was their contract, I found the overall outcome somewhat disheartening, albeit finally complete.

Karen was phenomenal!
